Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping And Handling
Shipping is charged at the carriers standard charge for the parcel weight
All Parcels are dispatched from Monday-Thursday only excluding bank holidays.
Orders are usually despatched within 24 hours and always within 3-5 working days using a next day delivery service or Royal Mail, depending on the size and weight of the parcel. If for any unforeseen reasons there is a delay, we will contact you.
Deliveries are not made during the weekends or Bank Holidays.
Orders taken after 12.00pm on Friday are not despatched until Monday to avoid being in transit over the weekend.
If an item is out of stock we will contact you by e-mail or telephone with the options of waiting until we can supply the original goods, receiving a suitable substitution or cancelling the order.
Deliveries are made by a national courier service that will require a signature for acceptance of the goods – please let us know of alternative arrangements if you are unable to receive the order.
We despatch orders on a Monday and Thursday using a next day delivery service or Royal Mail.
Back Orders If an item is out of stock we will email you with the option to either cancel your order or we will tell you when we can fulfil it and you may wish to wait for delivery.
Artisan Teas & Coffee are currently not VAT registered therefore all our products are supplied free of VAT
Credit Card Security
We never see your credit card details. All our orders are securely processed by Nochex

Should the order arrive in a damaged condition you must advise us by e-mail within three days, quoting your order reference number (this can be found in our confirmation e-mail). You then need to simply print out and complete the damages form provided below and return it, together with the damaged item to the address detailed on the form, ensuring that you obtain proof of posting. A refund will be made to the purchaser's credit/debit card account, providing the item is returned in the same packaging in which it was despatched and within seven working days of being received

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to return any item to us for any reason. You simply need to print out and complete the returns form provided below and return it, together with the item to the address detailed on the form. A refund will be made to the purchaser's credit/debit card account, providing the item is returned within 14 days of the date of despatch and it remains in a saleable condition.
Shipping charges are non-refundable in all returns cases.
